Roof Rats - BRD Pest Solutions

Roof Rats

Roof rats are slimmer, agile climbers with long tails and pointed noses. They travel along fences, tree branches, and power lines to access roofs and attics. Thumps or scratching overhead at night, droppings in attic insulation, and gnawed entry points under eaves can all point to roof rats.

Because they live up high, many homeowners do not realize they have an issue until the colony has grown. Over time, they can damage insulation, chew wiring, and leave strong odors. BRD inspections locate entry points, nesting zones, and travel paths so we can design a plan that removes rats and keeps new ones from moving in.
